Photographs and qualifications to come

Headshots, given names, fellowships, AHPRA registration numbers, spoken languages and clinic days are held by the practice and will replace these placeholders. No stock portrait stands in for a real doctor.

The city clinic now bills privately

From 3 August 2026, appointments at Melbourne CBD are privately billed. You pay on the day. If you have Medicare, pay with a debit card and your rebate comes straight back onto it at reception.

Preston and Bundoora use mixed billing, so some appointments there are bulk billed and some are not.

Melbourne CBD: what you pay after your rebate

Standard consultation$59.45
Long consultation$52.90

Fees are higher after 1pm on Saturday and all day Sunday. Patients referred here from our Preston or Bundoora clinics may be bulk billed, by agreement with the doctor.

We consult in English and Mandarin

Our GPs, allied health practitioners and reception staff speak English and Mandarin, every day. You can describe your symptoms in your own language, and understand the answer in your own language.

We also update overseas medical records and immunisation histories for patients who have recently arrived in Australia. Bring whatever records you have and we will add them to the Australian register.

Patient information

The questions reception is asked most often.

Do I need to be an existing patient to book online?

No. New patients can book online at all three clinics, and you can choose which doctor you see rather than going into a general queue.

What happens if I call after hours?

Calls outside opening hours are diverted to an external after-hours service. In an emergency, call 000.

Which clinics bulk bill?

Preston and Bundoora use mixed billing. Some appointments there are bulk billed and some are not, so please ask reception when you book. Melbourne CBD has billed privately since 3 August 2026.

Can I have a telehealth appointment?

Yes, at all three clinics. To claim a Medicare rebate for telehealth you must already be a patient of the practice, so your first appointment may need to be in person.

Can you update medical records from overseas?

Yes. We regularly update overseas medical records and immunisation histories, including for the Australian Immunisation Register.

Are the clinics accredited?

Yes. All three clinics are accredited by AGPAL. The group is also a University of Melbourne teaching practice.
